Managing the social media strategy, content calendar, and channel operations ensured consistent messaging and audience engagement in the lead-up to the event.

A combination of PR outreach, paid advertising, and community management helped build anticipation, while videography and graphic design supported the creative execution.

On-site activation support played a key role in delivering a seamless experience, integrating email, SMS, and OOH advertising to maximise audience reach.
